The Statue of Liberty is painted when the dark midnight sky brings out the shapes and forms than cannot be noticed during the daylight hours. This is painted on illustration board using Gesso paint to form the texture of canvas. This makes it smooth yet the appearance of a canvas is seen. The statue is done with fine brushes and the sky is painted with a Paasche airbrush.

Different sizes are also usually available for prints with pricing increasing linear with dimension, e.g, three times the width is triple the base price for the same paper type, or half the width for half the base price. Finally, the total Sale Price includes sales tax and USPS insured and tracked shipping.
